At the heart of West London sporting life, *Legends Global* works in partnership with Chelsea FC as their official F&B provider to deliver excellence on and off the pitch. *About the Role* Legends Global are seeking an exceptional Deputy General Manager to support the leadership and operational excellence of its F&B operations.

Working closely with the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive commercial performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and compliance are consistently achieved.

The postholder also inputs into venue budgeting and business development plans, and acts as a secondary liaison with key stakeholders. Refer a friend through our *Employee Referral Scheme* and get rewarded for helping us build an amazing team *Key Responsibilities : * * Support the General Manager in leading operations, driving revenue growth, cost control, and business performance. * Provide leadership across all hospitality and event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards. * Act as senior operational lead when required, deputising for the General Manager and representing the business with key stakeholders. * Lead, develop, and inspire managers and teams through effective recruitment, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. * Champion a high-performance culture focused on hospitality excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and the highest standards of safety, presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery. *We are looking for someone with : * * Significant senior management experience within food and beverage, hospitality, leisure, hotels, stadiums, arenas, conference and events, or premium guest experience environments. * Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing high-volume operations. * Experience leading operational delivery across complex events and customer-facing environments. * Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups * A strong decision maker, with a solid understanding of sports, entertainment, stadium, or venue-based environment. * Able to work to strict deadlines with the ability to prioritise a range of tasks. * Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with a commitment to developing talent. * Experience leading change, transformation, or continuous improvement programmes. *Recruitment Process Outlined : * * 1st Stage - Intro with Talent Team * 2nd Stage- Interview with Venue Leadership Team Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre employment checks.
