We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure high standards are maintained.
Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training.
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
Drive sales, maximise profitability, and control costs.
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
