An opportunity for a Paid Social Affiliates Manager to take ownership of the channels that turn visibility into sales for a luxury beauty brand.
The Role
You’ll lead paid social strategy and execution while driving a growing affiliate programme across ShopMy, LTK and beyond. From briefing agencies to recruiting partners to commissioning standout creative, you’ll keep performance marketing sharp, efficient and always campaign-ready.
You’ll be responsible for:
Sound like you?
You bring a strong track record in paid social and affiliate marketing, ideally within beauty or premium DTC, with the commercial sharpness to hold agencies and partners to account on performance.
You’re confident reading CPA and ROAS data and turning it into action, and just as comfortable briefing creative assets as you are negotiating commission terms. Highly organised and detail-led, you manage multiple moving parts without losing pace, and you build the kind of partner relationships that consistently deliver results.
