About the Role:
We are currently seeking a talentedArchitectural Technologistto join our growing and dynamic team based in Bristol. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions for both residential and commercial projects ranging from luxury homes to cutting-edge office spaces and much more.

Key Responsibilities:
Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications usingREVIT.
Collaborating with architects engineers and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.
Managing project delivery from concept to completion ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
Assisting in the preparation of planning applications building regulations and construction documentation.
Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as anArchitectural Technologist with a strong portfolio
Expertise inREVIT(essential) with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.
Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in Architectural Technology or a related field.
