We are looking for a full-time Clinical Support Receptionist to join our team in Windsor.
This is a front-of-house role where youll be the friendly face and welcoming voice of the practice creating a warm professional experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door or get in touch.
Youll also occasionally support patients with pre-screening and assist with frame dispensing helping them feel confident comfortable and cared for.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Youll be organised approachable and proactive building lasting relationships with patients while supporting the clinical and dispensing teams. Youll have the time tools and support to provide a first-class experience without feeling rushed or pressured. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and youll be the person who helps keep the practice running efficiently while ensuring every patient leaves with a positive impression.
