Summary:
As a Practice Supervisor for the Spalding FAST team you will lead and support a dedicated frontline unit of six qualified social workers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that children and families in our diverse rural community receive high-quality timely and impactful interventions. You will be responsible for the clinical and professional oversight of complex caseloads including assessments child protection planning and court are looking for a resilient approachable and experienced leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a primary focus on staff wellbeing and the safety of the children we serve.
