This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader with Sales Director-level experience a strong financial background and proven success within the medical or healthcare sector. Youll play a pivotal role in driving business performance leading day-to-day operations and supporting the companys continued growth.
The successful candidate will take ownership of operational excellence financial performance customer and supplier relationships quality and regulatory compliance and team leadership. Working closely with the Directors youll help shape strategy while ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional service within a regulated medical environment.
