Job description
TIG Welder (Days based) £19 - £23ph + Company Benefits + Unlimited Overtime + Progression + Monday-Friday Bridgend Are you a Coded TIG Welder looking to join an industry-leading company where you can significantly increase your earnings through unlimited overtime and a stable Monday to Friday working pattern? A specialist precision fabrication business focused on high-integrity welding and the manufacture of complex cryogenic pressure vessels, including MRI cryostats and other advanced medical systems. Operating in highly regulated, safety-critical sectors such as healthcare, nuclear, fusion and renewable energy, the business is known for its expertise in welding stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys, specialist forming techniques such as port pulling, and comprehensive NDT testing including helium leak, vacuum and hydrostatic testing. In this role, you will carry out coded TIG welding on high-integrity fabrications and cryogenic pressure vessels used in MRI cryostats and other advanced medical and scientific systems. Working from engineering drawings and WPS, you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys to tight quality standards. Duties will include preparation, welding, finishing and inspection work to support strict testing requirements. The role is based on an early shift pattern, working 6:45am to 3:15pm. This role would suit a Coded TIG Welder, looking to join a specialist business working on complex cryogenic and medical systems, with stable early shifts and strong overtime potential. The Role:

* Coded TIG welding on high-integrity cryogenic pressure vessels and fabrications

* Work from engineering drawings and WPS

* Weld stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys

* Preparation, finishing and inspection of precision components

* Early shift pattern (6:45am - 3:15pm) The Person:
