About the Role The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that promote mathematical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving. Students follow a broad curriculum covering algebra, geometry, statistics, probability, and mathematical modelling, with opportunities to study A-Level Mathematics in the sixth form. You will support learners in developing confidence with mathematical concepts while preparing them for GCSE and A-Level examinations through engaging teaching and effective assessment. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to intervention programmes, curriculum development, and enrichment opportunities including maths competitions, STEM projects, and numeracy initiatives that encourage students to develop a genuine appreciation for the subject.
