Communicate red flags and positive feedback to management and wider team. * Ensure the gym floor is clean, orderly, and safe at all times - including wiping down machines, restocking towels, and managing equipment placement * Support fitness instructors and personal trainers with class setups or member handovers * Encourage a positive, inclusive, and respectful workout atmosphere * Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs. * Assist with booking appointments, classes, or providing information about fitness services and facilities *What we are looking for...* A successful Health Club Host for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
