As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Manager / / HR Process Lead with experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD to join our

team.

e doing?
In this Manager-level role, you will be working closely with clients from both HR and systems backgrounds, translating business requirements into technical implementation. You will also be responsible for addressing HR needs by providing technical solutions based on industry leading practices, you will be exp

• nal networkTake a Lead role in implementing multiple ServiceNow HRSD applications (e.g. Lifecycle Events), bringing practical insights to client

• roductivityManage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, overseeing design, configuration, and testing to ensure successful

• decision-makingWell-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to
