NEA Portfolio & Product Optimization: Guide GCSE and A-Level examination cohorts meticulously through the demanding requirements of their Non-Exam Assessment (NEA) design portfolios, providing advanced technical scaffolding to optimize project management, physical testing, and evaluative writing stamina. CLEAPSS Workshop Safety Leadership: Maintain an immaculate workshop suite with absolute adherence to DATA and CLEAPSS health and safety guidelines, conducting systematic tool audits, machinery maintenance schedules, and precise COSHH risk assessments. Academic Pastoral Mentorship: Fulfil full form tutor and academic mentor responsibilities within an established pastoral framework, supporting student wellbeing, managing university application guidance (UCAS) for structural engineering and architecture pathways, and maintaining professional communication with families. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching credential, paired with a strong honours degree in Design & Technology, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related highly technical discipline. Full machinery health and safety certifications (DATA/CLEAPSS) are required.
