Key responsibilities include maintaining precise student fitness and progress tracking records, updating internal tracking software, managing departmental kit inventories, and coordinating an extensive timetable of regional rugby, netball, and football fixtures. You will act as a primary link with parents, regional athletic bodies, and local community sports networks, ensuring that all off-site fixture permissions, health and safety risk assessments, and student athletic metrics are processed with total accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary, as the role requires balancing active practical coaching outdoors with detailed coursework logging and academic theory delivery.
