Description

Reward Gateway, together with Edenred, are a global market leader in benefits and employee engagement. We help our clients and their leaders to transform employee experience that will attract, engage and retain top talent through employee benefits, strategic reward and recognition, well-being, and much more. With our shared missions of ‘Making the World a Better Place to Work” and ‘Enriching connections, For good’. You’ll be contributing to improving employee engagement and building better, stronger and more resilient organisations to improve people’s daily lives. Our shared mission guides our every action and charts a sustainable path to a better future.
We have a highly talented team who live up to our shared values, bringing to life “Entrepreneurial Spirit”. We love to “Push the Boundaries”, but importantly show “Respect” in how we go about our work. Our “Speak Up” and “Be Human” culture is at the heart of what it is to work with us, and we encourage everyone to bring innovation and ‘Imagination’ to the work they do.
Your Role in our Mission

As the Product & Regional Success Manager, you will be the pivotal bridge between regional Business Units and the global Product & Engineering teams. Your primary mission is to become the trusted product authority and build trusted, collaborative relationships with regional teams to ensure alignment around the product vision and roadmap. You will be the go-to expert on our product within the BU, enabling seamless communication and shared understanding that drives enhanced customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your success will be measured by the BU Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score, reflecting the quality of alignment and support you provide.

What’s In It For Me? A chance to be part of an extremely well established, stable and high growth ‘Unicorn’ SaaS company with over 50 benefits in our employee benefits package, including:
  • A flexible holiday plan of up to 40 days per year
  • £400 a year Wellbeing Allowance
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Allowance for professional development books, E-books, and podcasts
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Employee, friends and family discounts across 1200+ retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands

Flexible, Hybrid Working:
Collaboration, connection as a team, and strong internal relationships are part of the “RG Magic” that makes our culture thrive. Our teams works from our Dean Street office two days per week.

What You’ll be Doing:

BU Success & Product Expertise
  • Act as the authoritative product partner and primary point of contact for regional BUs on all product-related matters, championing their voice while representing global product priorities.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end platform expertise, becoming the go-to authority on what the platform can do. Proactively guide BUs on existing capabilities they may be unaware of, advise on the right solutions for their needs, and drive adoption through confident, hands-on enablement
  • Own ongoing roadmap communication with BUs independently and end-to-end. Stay continuously aligned with Directors of Product to understand prioritisation decisions and trade-offs in depth and translate that into confident, direct communication with regional teams. Present roadmap updates, explain changes, answer questions, and manage BU expectations.
  • Drive alignment by synthesising and driving prioritisation of regional business requirements and customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering, while ensuring adherence to the global product strategy.
  • Manage and prioritise regional opportunities and change requests to balance regional needs with global objectives, fostering constructive collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Serve as the key interface for internal product teams seeking to engage with BUs—helping product teams understand needs, gather relevant input, and ensure successful change implementation and product launches in the regions.
Relationship Building & Cross-functional Alignment
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Serve as the coordination hub that harmonises regional execution with global product initiatives, supporting smooth go-to-market launches and continuous adoption.
  • Lead regular alignment forums, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as knowledge exchanges to maintain transparency, escalate issues early, and reinforce accountability.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align and support go-to-market strategies and regional enablement efforts.
  • Support change management initiatives to maximise adoption of new products and processes across BUs.
Continuous Improvement & Global Scale
  • Continuously seek and define opportunities to scale and strengthen collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing between the global product organisation and regional teams.
  • Take full ownership of these opportunities end-to-end—leading their conceptualisation, development, and operationalisation within countries—ensuring sustainable and measurable impact on BU outcomes.
  • Develop and implement frameworks, best practices, templates, and automation solutions that support scalable interactions and smooth product rollouts across regions.

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:

  • Proven experience in a product operations, product management, customer success, or related role within SaaS or technology industries
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain deep end-to-end product and platform expertise, confidently advising stakeholders on capabilities, solutions, and adoption without reliance on product team support
  • Proven experience communicating complex product roadmaps, prioritisation decisions, and trade-offs directly and independently to business or regional stakeholders, including managing expectations and handling challenging questions without escalation
  • Proven ability to build trusted, credible relationships with regional and business unit leaders, grounded in product knowledge and commercial understanding rather than relationship management alone
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand regional business challenges, translating them into relevant platform solutions and demonstrable product value
  • Proactive in identifying, driving forward, and owning improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, product success, and operational efficiency
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a matrix environment
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and cross-team initiatives.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels

The Interview Process:

  • Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner
  • Online interview with Director of Product Operations and Product Operations Manager
  • In-person/online interview with the Director of Product Operations and a stakeholder from one of the regions the role will support (possible task)
  • Final online interview with CPO
At Reward Gateway | Edenred, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates. If you have any specific requirements or need reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment journey, please let your Talent Acquisition Partner know. Your needs are important to us, and we want to ensure an equitable experience for every candidate.

Be comfortable. Be you.
We want every employee to feel comfortable bringing their passion, creativity and individuality to work. We value all cultures, backgrounds and experiences, because we believe diversity drives innovation and makes us stronger. Our approach to hiring and building teams is about more than filling roles - it’s about creating an environment where everyone can thrive, feel supported, and contribute to our mission of making the world a better place to work! Reward Gateway is culture and client driven. We’re obsessed with putting the “Human” in HR and are proud to have been 100% dedicated to HR for over a decade. Since 2007, we’ve been right by the side of the world’s most innovative HR people, giving them beautiful products and tools they can use to attract, engage and retain their people.

The world’s most successful companies treat their people differently. They generate stock market returns of twice their peers and they have half the employee turnover. 76% of CEOs recognize that employee engagement is vital to their success but only 24% say they have a highly engaged company. Bridging that engagement gap is what drives us.
