Location: West Bromwich
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm)
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary
Rate: £14.00phr

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for the company's valued customers. You'll act as a main point of contact, managing queries, orders, and complaints while liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
_ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
_ Process orders, returns, and updates accurately within the CRM system.
_ Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively using root-cause analysis to identify key drivers of issues.
_ Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
_ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
_ Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
_ Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
_ Perform other duties as required to support the team.
