Grounds Maintenance Operative , helping us deliver essential facilities services for one of the UK's most important sectors. As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in keeping the grounds operating to the highest standards.
The Role You'll work as part of the facilities team delivering a wide range of outdoor maintenance and horticultural tasks, including: Grass cutting, hedge trimming, leaf clearance and litter picking Weed spraying and general planting, pruning and seeding Light landscaping and tree?care duties Setting out and maintaining sports pitches (grass, tarmac & synthetic) Equipment checks and safe operation of light plant and power tools Erecting and dismantling equipment Painting and basic repairs to outdoor equipment Drainage works and general grounds upkeep Supporting local and business

The Responsibilities We're looking for someone dependable, proactive and safety conscious, with: A
full UK driving licence Experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance Weed?spraying certificate (PA1/PA6 desirable) Confidence operating light machinery, equipment and wheeled tractors Strong understanding of health and safety legislation Chainsaw-related qualifications (CS30, CS31 or CS34) Ability to work well in a team and follow safe working practices Security Clearance is required
