\n We're recruiting for a Community Nurse to join one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering high-quality treatments to patients in their own homes across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.\n

\n The Role\n
\n
\n As a Community Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community.\n
\n
\n Your responsibilities will include:\n
\n
\n • Delivering IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes\n
\n • Managing a caseload of approximately 4–5 patients per day\n
\n • Providing education and ongoing support to patients and their families\n
\n • Working closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams\n
\n • Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately\n
\n • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and high professional standards\n
\n • Working independently while benefiting from strong clinical support and leadership\n
\n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
\n • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN\n
\n • Full UK driving licence\n
\n • Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting\n
\n • Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections\n
\n • Strong organisational and communication skills\n
\n • The confidence to work autonomously and build rapport with patients in their homes\n
\n
\n Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential, and full support will be provided for nurses moving from hospital environments.\n
\n
\n Salary & Benefits\n

\n • Salary up to £39,000 per annum\n
\n • Company car and fuel card or £4,877 car allowance plus mileage reimbursement\n
\n • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave\n
