Packhouse Coordinator
\n Packhouse Coordinator - Chichester - £38,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Job:\n
\nThis opportunity is to join a fast paced fresh produce operation, supporting the day to day running of the packhouse while ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.\n
\n Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate production activities\n
\n- Monitor performance\n
\n- Support team members, and help drive continuous improvement across the operation\n
\n- This is a hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy production environment and enjoys leading by example.\n
\nHours: 48 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends as required\n
\n The Company:\n

\n The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a packhouse, food production, manufacturing or FMCG environment\n
\n- Experience coordinating or supervising operational teams\n
\n- Strong communication and organisational skills\n
\n- Good attention to detail and numerical ability\n
\n- Computer literate with experience completing production records\n
\n- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\n
\n- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement\n
\n- Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts\n
\n- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles\n
\n- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards\n
\n- Forklift licence\n
\n The Package: \n
