Teesside, Darlington and North Yorkshire, £140–£170 per day, Flexible Supply
Teaching Personnel is recruiting teachers across all phases for its Guaranteed Work Scheme — a scheme that offers something most supply arrangements don't: guaranteed pay, regardless of whether a booking comes in that day.
It's a practical solution for teachers who want the variety and flexibility of supply work without the financial uncertainty that can come with it. You'll work across a range of schools, building familiarity with local settings and staff, with the added security of knowing your income is protected each week.
For teachers open to secondary settings, the scheme works particularly well — broader availability means more consistent placements and a stronger chance of securing something long-term if that's the direction you want to go.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
