Als Supplier Quality Engineer werk je vanuit het Site Procurement Team Hoogeveen. In dit team heb jij de verantwoordelijkheid over beleid en aanpak ten behoeve van de ontwikkeling van leveranciers op het gebied van kwaliteit. Het doel hiervan is om de leveranciers maximaal te laten presteren zodat er voorspelbare geleverd wordt aan onze operatie.
Om dit te bereiken ga je samenwerking zoeken met de leveranciers en interne klanten. Je maakt gebruik van o.a. Root Cause Analysis, APQP, FMEA en PPAP om structurele verbeteringen in gang te zetten. Ook organiseer je product-, proces- en systeem audits.
Je bent vanuit onze operatie het aanspreekpunt voor alle kwaliteitsaspecten op leveranciersgebied. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een multidisciplinair Commodity Account Team met daarin een Senior Buyer een Operational Buyer en een Receiving Inspector. Naast jou zijn er nog zes andere Supplier Quality Engineers in het Site Procurement Team.
Naast continu verbeteren houd je je ook bezig met het structureel oplossen van leveringen met NC’s (non-conformities).
Incidenteel reizen naar het buitenland is onderdeel van de functie.
