Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

We're looking for an Integrated Midweight Designer to join our Brand Creative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 4+ years' experience who can confidently move between campaign concepts, social content, animation, packaging, digital experiences, and in-store creative. You'll work across every touchpoint of the customer journey, helping to create memorable campaigns that deliver both brand impact and commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
• Developing campaign concepts and key visuals
• Designing across digital, print, packaging, POS and OOH
• Creating engaging content for social, web, email and app
• Bringing ideas to life through motion design and animation
• Supporting and contributing to photo and video shoots
• Collaborating with marketers, copywriters, agencies and creatives to deliver outstanding integrated campaigns
What We're Looking For
• 4+ years' experience in a design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere)
• A digital-first mindset with a passion for motion and social content
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
• A collaborative team player who loves creative problem-solving
