Were looking for an experienced people leader to join our Agent Remuneration team as an Agency Administration Team Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity to lead a team that plays an important role in supporting advisers intermediary firms and operational processes across Legal & General.
Youll be joining a collaborative leadership team and will have the chance to make an immediate impact through coaching colleagues improving performance and ensuring excellent operational delivery within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Salary from 34500 depending on experience.
