As part of a growing, privately owned pub group, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career in a business that genuinely values its people and promotes from within. *The Role* Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standard while supporting and inspiring the team around you. *Key Responsibilities* * Support the General Manager with the daily running of the business * Lead and motivate the front of house team * Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity * Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the venue * Manage shifts and act as Manager on Duty when required * Support staff training and development * Assist with stock control and maintaining GP targets * Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards *About You* * Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality * Passionate about customer service * Strong leadership and communication skills * Positive, hands-on approach * Flexible to work evenings and weekends
