Job description
Are you an Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new challenge in Primary Care? If so, Chase Medical have an excellent permanent opportunity available for you!

Were currently recruiting for an ACP in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, for a

high-QoF achieving Training Practice.

The hours on offer are flexible, and you can choose what works around your personal life. The successful candidate will be well-supported by the friendly and approachable GPs. The surgery takes pride in its

fantastic inner-network , and its a

pleasant and positive environment to work in.

The post is offering some great employee benefits such as

£60,000 FTE, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and training and progression opportunities to develop your nursing career and CPD .

The practice is a large GP and

ANP Training Practice , with fantastic support from GPs, management and a strong administration team. The clinical team take pride in being safe, efficient and high-achieving in areas such as Long-Term conditions and QoF.

To be considered for this progressive opportunity, you will be trained in Clinical Assessment, the treatment of Minor Illnesses and Independent Prescribing.
