A satisfying role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Distribution Customer Service Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by supporting initiatives and providing direct support to customers and internal teams.
Act as a liaison across teams to ensure root causes of customer delivery issues are resolved. Ensuring complex inquiries and audit disputes are handled professionally providing data-driven solutions. Manage a team of administrators including the resolution team to drive team performance by setting expectations managing change and consistently providing feedback and coaching.
