About Ostratto
Ostratto is a technology consultancy that helps organisations simplify the way they work through CRM, automation, collaboration and managed technology services. We work with businesses of all sizes across the UK, delivering solutions using platforms including Zoho, Google Workspace and other leading cloud technologies.

We're looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing & CRM Assistant to support our marketing activities and help us continue growing our brand.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build experience in B2B marketing while working closely with a small, ambitious team where you'll have genuine ownership of your work.

The Role
 Working approximately 10 hours each week, you'll support our ongoing marketing activities by creating content, maintaining our website, assisting with marketing campaigns and helping keep our CRM and marketing systems organised.

You'll be encouraged to bring ideas, improve existing processes and help shape how we market ourselves.

Typical responsibilities include:
  • Writing LinkedIn posts and website articles
  • Updating website content
  • Creating simple graphics using tools such as Canva
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns
  • Supporting webinars and events
  • Maintaining marketing content calendars
  • Creating customer success stories and case studies
  • Keeping CRM records organised and up to date
  • Assisting with SEO and website improvements
  • Researching prospects, industries and partners
  • Monitoring marketing performance and preparing simple reports
  • Supporting general marketing administration


Requirements

We're more interested in attitude than extensive experience.

You'll need:
  • Excellent written English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence using modern technology
  • A proactive approach to learning
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • An interest in digital marketing
  • UK-based, ideally based in the South West

Desirable experience includes:
  • Canva
  • LinkedIn marketing
  • Website content management
  • Google Workspace
  • CRM systems (particularly Zoho)
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Email marketing platforms

No previous commercial marketing experience is essential if you can demonstrate enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Requirements
By the nature of the work being completed, it is absolutely recommended that the candidate holds an interest in technology/computing and a basic ability to use it, with a preference to those that have demonstrable experience in the field. We also expect: UK-based, with preference to those based in the South West Experience in sales (B2B or B2C) An understanding of consultative selling techniques Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficient in Office Suite software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) An understanding of using CRM systems to manage contacts and pipeline A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a drive to succeed
