  • Strategic Data Interpretation: Translate complex global clinical data, real-world evidence (RWE), and emerging scientific trends into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Evidence Generation: Design and lead global evidence generation programs to address critical scientific gaps and differentiate the portfolio externally.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-impact global initiatives, driving alignment and execution across senior stakeholders through influence rather than direct authority.
  • KOL & External Engagement: Build and sustain strategic partnerships with top-tier global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to shape clinical practice and perception.
  • Internal Mentorship: Act as a senior mentor and capability builder, elevating scientific acumen and strategic thinking across the broader organization.

  • Cross-Regional Impact: Shape and execute medical strategies with cross-functional and cross-regional implications to drive long-term global value.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and oversee global governance frameworks, ensuring all medical activities uphold the highest ethical and scientific standards.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Proactively mitigate enterprise-level risks while managing investment strategies, budgets, and timelines for maximum impact.

What you'll bring

  • Global Medical Affairs / Medical Advisor / Medical Manager or equivalent experience, with clear progression to enterprise-level strategic influence.
  • Previous experience in Substitution Therapies, Speciality Care or Emergency Care Therapies would be ideal but could also consider experiences across various therapeutic areas
  • Proven track record of leading global evidence generation and cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Extensive and established experience engaging top-tier global KOLs/HCPs, influencing scientific discourse and clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated success operating in highly matrixed global organizations, influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Deep scientific and clinical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing C-suite and external experts.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across diverse, global audiences.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and risk management expertise within a global regulatory environment.
  • Highly developed strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous, complex environments.

What we offer in return

  • Flexible benefits package
  • Opportunities for learning & development through our varied programme
  • Collaborative, inclusive work environment

Diversity and inclusion
Building an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority. We believe this isn't just the right thing, but also the smart thing to do.
