The small size of the home allows the team to deliver truly personalised care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion while maintaining their independence and wellbeing.
The home provides high-quality residential care and short-term respite stays for older people who require additional support with everyday living. The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care while leading and supporting the care team throughout your shift.
Working closely with residents, families, and colleagues, you'll help ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently achieved. You'll act as a role model for the team, supporting colleagues while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every resident.
