EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Leicester with audit assignments covering Coalville and Corby.
In this role you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting food safety health & hygiene and brand standard audits at client sites
Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
Maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends across a variety of dayparts
Have access to a vehicle hold a full clean driving licence
Based in or near the assigned territory
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail hotel F&B convenience stores)
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work independently with initiative sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. No immigration sponsorship available.
