Campaign Manager Early Careers
We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Careers Campaign Manager to join our Recruitment Marketing team dedicated to one client. This is a high-profile client of Cielo and an excellent opportunity to be involved at the beginning this clients expanded partnership with Cielo. You will work in collaboration with a Campaign Management team dedicated to supporting this same client in other Geographies. Similarly you will work in partnership with a dedicated Brand team supporting the same client. Additionally you will be supported by an experienced Global Recruitment Marketing team who are dedicated to supporting one and another and thrive working collaboratively.
As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the concept of strategy through to the activation of the strategy including ongoing optimization and reporting.
You will be accountable for enhancing Cielos media and recruitment marketing capabilities across EMEA with a strategic focus on Early Careers attraction and a focus on cost and Return on Investment (ROI).
