Were looking for a chemist who thinks in code & data science as comfortably as they think in reactions. Based at our Jealotts Hill research site youll join the Physical Organic Chemistry team within the Process Studies Group - a team pushing the boundaries of how chemistry is done understood and accelerated. Youll help to develop critical self-driving experimentation that makes our science faster smarter and more reproducible - while also delivering your own development projects and working shoulder-to-shoulder with chemists on real research challenges. If youre excited by the journey towards a self-driving autonomous lab - and you want to do it in an environment where your ideas will actually land - this is the role for you.

Jealotts Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff. Jealotts Hill is one of the main global research and development sites and key activities include research into discovery of new active ingredients new formulation technologies product safety and technical support of our product range.
