About the role

Your responsibilities

  • Delivery of Europe EMO qualification programme including audit and desk top assessment as required
  • Supporting with Reckitt factory supplier audits as required
  • Escalation of issues identified during audit or qualification activities
  • Working closely with the EMOs and cross-functional Reckitt teams to provide support when significant quality issues are identified, by supporting the investigation and performing for-cause audits
  • Supports Quality manager in critical event investigations
  • Support delivery of team KPIs
  • Support in the training of other team members where required and appropriate
  • Support and participate (as required) in inspections by external regulatory authorities
  • Propose quality improvements to suppliers and monitor implementation
  • Maintaining auditor qualification and competency to the required levels

The experience we're looking for

  • Trained and experienced lead auditor
  • Experience and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements such as EU GMP, ISO13485, ISO22716 and ISO9001
  • Experience of manufacturing operations across a broad range of therapeutic areas and product classifications
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to critically evaluate how regulatory guidance and legislation is applied
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Experienced in risk assessment
