As a Senior Trust and Company Administrator at Bullfinch, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio and play a key role in our daily operations. Your main duties will include: Portfolio Management:
Managing the day-to-day administration of a complex portfolio of trusts and corporate structures in accordance with local regulations and internal policies. Client Relationship Management:
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, high-net-worth individuals, and professional intermediaries, fostering long-term relationships built on trust. Statutory Compliance:
Overseeing statutory filings, maintaining accurate corporate records, minutes, and registers, and ensuring all transactions meet strict regulatory compliance standards. Transaction Execution:
Reviewing, preparing, and executing complex transaction documentation, including acquisitions, distributions, and restructuring agreements. Team Support:
Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior administrators, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Required Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role and deliver the high standard of service Bullfinch is known for, you should possess: Industry Experience:
A minimum of 45 years of progressive experience in trust and corporate administration, ideally within the Isle of Man fiduciary sector. Professional Qualification:
A fully completed or significantly advanced professional qualification, such as STEP or ICSA/CGI. Regulatory Knowledge:
A robust understanding of Isle of Man fiduciary legislation, AML/CFT regulations, and general compliance requirements. Communication Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and legal concepts clearly to clients. Analytical Mindset:
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure. Nice-to-Have
While not strictly required, the following attributes will set your application apart: Experience working with specialised trust administration software (such as Viewpoint or Microgen/NavOne).
