This role will suit a property professional with substantial residential property management experience who can confidently oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio while ensuring compliance coordinating maintenance managing landlord and tenant relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining service standards and ensuring the smooth running of a diverse residential lettings portfolio.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential tenancies from move-in through to tenancy end
• Coordinating maintenance issues repairs and contractor appointments on behalf of landlords
• Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Handling landlord and tenant enquiries resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Managing deposit negotiations and tenancy check-outs where required
• Liaising with landlords regarding property performance and tenancy matters

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum two years experience within Residential Lettings Property Management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of maintenance coordination and property management processes
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and fire safety legislation
