We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our Supported Living service and inspire a team committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
The RoleAs Service Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our Supported Living service ensuring that the people we support receive safe effective and high-quality support tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
You will lead and develop a skilled workforce promote a positive and inclusive culture maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and work closely with families professionals and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about person-centred support quality improvement and developing high-performing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a confident and compassionate leader with experience managing services within Supported Living Learning Disabilities Autism Mental Health or Adult Social Care.
