Role overview:
This role sits within the Transformation Office and reports to the Team Manager Agile Business Analyst. Leading the Business Analyst team the role is primarily accountable for identifying business needs defining project scope and ensuring the final solution delivers the intended business value. Acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams the role translates business needs into clear actionable product requirements helping to prevent scope creep and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives. Alongside this the role manages a team of business analysts setting and embedding bestpractice delivery frameworks and driving consistency operational excellence and a highperformance culture.
