About the Role:

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager youll be at the heart of our restaurant operation. Youll welcome guests recommend food and drinks and help create a seamless enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.

Youll oversee the daily running of the restaurant working closely with the team to ensure service flows smoothly and that each guest leaves this hands-on role youll also step up to support the Food & Beverage Manager when needed ensuring the same high standards are always upheld.

About You:

• Experienced & Hospitality-Focused Youve worked in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel ideally at supervisory level or above.
• Natural Leader You lead by example guiding and inspiring your team to consistently deliver great service.
• Customer Service Star You have excellent interpersonal skills and always put the guest experience first using feedback to improve and innovate.
• Strong Communicator You keep your team informed engaged and on track across all shifts.
• Flexible and Calm Whether its a busy service or last-minute change you adapt and stay composed under pressure.
• Detail-Oriented Youve got a great eye for detail and are confident managing time and priorities for yourself and the team.
