Job description
Lead the heartbeat of the park. At Parkdean Resorts were searching for a proactive and inspiring Complex Manager to take charge of our multioutlet food beverage and retail operations. This is a highimpact leadership role where youll shape exceptional guest experiences drive commercial success and build talented teams across a vibrant fastpaced our Complex Manager youll be the senior leader for all food & beverage and retail operations on park. Youll maximise revenue deliver outstanding service and ensure all outlets operate efficiently safely and profitably. From team development to commercial performance youll oversee every element of the operation championing high standards and continuously identifying opportunities to grow and you will be managing and developing all food beverage and retail teams creating a highperformance guestfocused budgets and margins across all outlets through strong stock control payroll management cash handling and cost stock takes line checks audits and reporting on results taking corrective action when exceptional guest experiences by embedding service quality consistency and operational inspiring training and retaining highperforming opportunities to grow revenue and increase profitability across all F&B regular 1:1s and structured team meetings to support team performance and as Duty Manager in the absence of the General Manager and contributing to the wider park leadership full compliance with Health & Safety food safety licensing and safeguarding experience leading large teams in a highvolume food & beverage commercial acumen with confidence in managing budgets margins and recruiting training and developing people while fostering a positive and inclusive ability to lead effectively in a fastpaced highpressure organisational communication and leadership to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and bank holidays.A Personal Licence SIA licence and Food Hygiene Level 3 - or the willingness to obtain them with our full training and why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
