Job Overview Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for the Angard Staffing department, supporting the Service Delivery Team. This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) works 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. This is a fixed‑term contract until December 2026. Responsibilities * Create and issue offer letters and screening links to begin pre‑employment checks. * Check right‑to‑work documentation. * Guide candidates through onboarding processes from screening to offer acceptance. * Update multiple internal systems. Qualifications * Demonstrable experience in a customer‑service environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office. * Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
