Recruitment Coordinator The closing date is 07 July 2026 Job description A key member of UHS Talent Acquisition Team, you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a range of positions across Southampton sites, ensuring a high quality and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Key responsibilities * Advertise vacancies and manage long listings. * Coordinate interviews and handle the offer process. * Deliver excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers. * Support recruitment campaigns, social media content and projects. * Maintain digital workflow using Microsoft Office and modern recruitment tools. What were looking for * Experience in recruitment or HR, including candidate screening. * Strong relationship‑building skills with managers and staff. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. * Pragmatic decision‑making and knowledge of pre‑employment check compliance. * Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification preferred. * Degree or diploma level 4 standard, or equivalent skills and experience.
