About the Role As Family Liaison Officer, you will act as a key point of contact for parents and carers, working closely with students, pastoral leaders, safeguarding staff, and external agencies to identify and address barriers to learning. You will support families with attendance, punctuality, behaviour, wellbeing, and safeguarding concerns, while helping to strengthen parental engagement and promote positive outcomes for pupils.
