Introduction
We are looking for ahighly motivated Revenues Operations Managerto lead our Council Tax service and drive performance innovation and customer-focused delivery.
You will manage a key operational service responsible for the administration and collection of Council Tax ensuring that customers receive a prompt efficient and high-quality service.
Working as part of the Revenues Management Team you will play a central role in maintaining consistent standards improving processes and supporting the delivery of the Councils financial priorities.

The job is primarily based in Laurence House Catford SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
53353.00 - 57495.00 per annum (P05)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale) which is subject to evidential proof.
