Im recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, established and financially stable complex care provider for a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Case Manager to join their specialist clinical team. This is a rewarding community-based role where youll manage your own caseload of children with complex healthcare needs, providing clinical leadership and ensuring outstanding, person-centred care is delivered to children and their families across North East London. The role covers predominantly the N, E and ENpostcode areas, therefore applicants should ideally be based within or close to these locations. Whats on Offer? * Salary up to £45,000 per annum * Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile * Monday-Friday working pattern * No night shifts * Genuine autonomy in a senior clinical role * Join a well-established and highly regarded provider * Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture * Private pension scheme The Role As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Case Manager, youll provide clinical oversight and leadership across a caseload of children receiving care within their own homes. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and reviewing complex community care packages * Completing comprehensive clinical assessments and regular care reviews * Developing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation * Providing clinical supervision, support and guidance to care teams * Undertaking competency assessments and clinical sign-off for care staff * Supporting the mobilisation of new care packages * Delivering staff inductions, training and ongoing clinical support What We’re Looking For * Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN * Strong experience caring for children with complex healthcare needs * Excellent clinical skills in areas such as tracheostomy care, long-term ventilation, enteral feeding, PEG care, seizure management and complex respiratory care * Experience within community nursing, complex care, hospital paediatrics, case management or a senior clinical leadership role * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Why Apply?
