An established and highly regarded insolvency and restructuring practice is seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its Glasgow office.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and professional team, managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments whilst working closely with experienced Insolvency Practitioners. The successful candidate will enjoy genuine responsibility, exposure to complex assignments and a clear pathway for continued career progression.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with statutory requirements.
Appointments will typically include:
Administrations
Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
Compulsory Liquidations
Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure.
