Make an Impact at RSM UK Working within a larger team, you will ensure accurate and timely outsourced payroll production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations. You will have previous payroll experience with a keen eye for detail and enjoy working within a team. This role will be varied, and you will work with numerous clients so there is a strong focus on client relationships and customer care. You’ll make an impact by: * Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end‑to‑end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements. * Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients. * Managing payroll deadlines and requirements of your own personal portfolio of payroll clients * Managing import/export of new employee and timesheet data onto the payroll platform, including: o Starters o Leavers o Absences and work plans o Variations and adjustments o Salary changes o Changes to benefits and allowances and different contract types o Child Care Voucher schemes o Pension deductions * Processing statutory payments. * Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in‑house systems and Microsoft Excel. * Distributing payslips to multiple platforms. * Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI. * Managing client billing. What we are looking for: * Previous payroll experience; a good understanding of payroll deadlines and requirements * Demonstrable understanding of UK tax legislation. * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. * Ability to prioritise workloads. * Knowledge of month‑end and year‑end returns and balancing. * Ability to perform manual calculations, as and when required. * Excellent attention to detail and clear and concise communication, both written and verbal. * Demonstrable experience of working to strict deadlines. * An ability to work independently and as part of the wider team. * Ability to develop strong relationship with clients / support of clients.
