Key responsibilities include: Managing planned and reactive maintenance Overseeing contractors and service providers Leading health and safety compliance across the site Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects Monitoring premises budgets and expenditure Ensuring a high standard of security and site presentation The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous facilities, premises, estates, or site management experience is essential.
