The Role
To provide on-the-ground operational support to Collections Supervisors by monitoring frontline collection activities ensuring service standards are met and promoting safe and efficient working practices across collection crews. The Chargehand acts as the eyes on the ground carrying out inspections providing real-time feedback and supporting continuous service improvement.
