As our Digital Trading Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of customers shop across Screwfix.com, our app, and in-store digital channels. You’ll combine commercial thinking, customer insight, and data-driven decision‑making to optimise category performance, drive conversion, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative digital team, working alongside subject matter experts across SEO, PPC, CRM, Retail Media, Digital Merchandising and Trading.
