Key Responsibilities
Management of your offices client payroll function, working flexibly to meet deadlines.
Responsible for the management of all hub team members, including day to day line management, ongoing support and oversight, attainment of KPIs, appraisals etc
Plan and organise client payroll processing according to client wages and salaries payment deadlines, allocating payroll client portfolios to team members appropriately
Maintain own technical and professional standards to highest level
Take a lead role in training and developing including on the job training for team members
Ensure compliance with risk management procedures, ethical and data protection standards
Responsible for New Payroll Client engagement processes
Develop and maintain excellent client relations, and provide technical payroll support for both payroll and non-payroll clients
