Job description
School Administrator - Mixed Secondary School - Hereford Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School Administrator A successful Mixed Secondary School in Hereford is seeking an organised and professional School Administrator to join its support staff team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school's daily administrative functions. The role will involve supporting students, staff, parents and visitors while maintaining accurate records and assisting with a variety of school administration processes. Responsibilities will include managing telephone and email enquiries, maintaining pupil records, processing admissions documentation, coordinating meetings and supporting attendance procedures. You will be expected to work closely with teaching and support staff, ensuring information is communicated effectively and administrative systems operate efficiently. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
